*100 g cooked chickpeas
*150 ml water
*Sunflower seeds
*Sesame seeds
*Aromatic herbs (to taste)
*A little oil spray
👉 Steps:
Blend the cooked chickpeas with water until smooth.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly and thinly.
Sprinkle sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and aromatic herbs on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cut into pieces.
