The Biceps do more than just flex the elbow, which is why this micro workout on the rings uses arm rotation and shoulder extension.
Perform 6-8 Rotation pull-ups followed by 8-10 clutch curls. Keep your whole back tight for stability and control. Squeeze your shoulder blades together as tight as possible to prevent elbow tendonitis from excessive internal rotation.
