Biceps workouts are simple; just bend your elbow against resistance. However, there are many ways you can work your biceps especially when it comes to suspension training.
The suspension lateral biceps curl is a great way to target and build bigger biceps when traditional curls don't seem to be working. Perform 8 reps on each side and then finish off with 12 reverse rotating pull-ups of your choice. Keep your shoulders pulled back as much as possible throughout both exercises.
