Here are 5 Reasons WHY You Should Workout With GYMNASTICS RINGS Over Bars.
Rings can definitely be intimidating at first and just like you guys, I felt exactly the same for a really long time indeed. I finally gave it a shot and soon realized that it wasn't the case as it could be adjusted to various levels of difficulty, whereas I found Bars pretty limiting. I definitely still use Bars for a lot of my training, but If I had to choose between the two, I'd pick the Gymnastics Rings any day for reasons mentioned in my video.
