This week I’m focusing on how I fuel a hybrid training schedule - balancing marathon mileage, strength training, Hyrox sessions, and recovery without overcomplicating things.
I’m not a pro athlete or nutritionist. This is simply how I’m currently eating to support:
Increased run volume
Maintaining strength and muscle
High overall training frequency
A normal life alongside training
If you’re training for a marathon, Hyrox, triathlon, or just juggling multiple goals at once, hopefully this gives you some ideas you can take and adapt.
The priority of this block is still the process — showing up consistently, fuelling well enough to train hard, and learning what works along the way.
