Welcome!
Today, I’m offering a trauma informed yoga class for a midday nervous system reset to release tension and stress. We’ll explore gentle movements with a few supportive holds to release stress without losing energy. This is also supportive if you sit for most of the day since we explore a few poses for your psoas, hips, and low back.
Today’s class is a trauma informed practice, which means everything I offer is optional. I welcome you to move at your own pace and explore the poses in a way that feels right for your nervous system, body, and energy levels.
I welcome you to include a YOGA BOLSTER for this class, but you can skip if you like or replace with a thick pillow. This is also supportive for ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS.
