• Close-Grip Barbell Bench Press: 60 kg × 13, 12, 8
• Dumbbell Incline Alternate Curl: 12.5 kg × 13, 13, 10
• Pull-Ups: 8, 6, 4 reps
• Bicycle Crunches: 20 reps × 3 sets
CultUnbound +Hyrox-Style Conditioning:
• Run: 500 m
• Row: 500 m
• Sled Pull: 40 m
• Sled Push: 40 m
• Farmer Walk: 70 kg × 80 m
• Run: 500 m
