Started with a bodyweight warm-up and moved into a solid upper-body strength session focusing on chest, back, shoulders, and arms.
Workout for the day:
Strength Training:
• Barbell Incline Chest Press: 60 kg × 13, 10, 8
• Cable Pulldown: 61 kg × 13, 11, 9
• Dumbbell Incline Lateral Raise: 10 kg × 13, 12, 11
• Barbell Bent-Over Row: 60 kg × 13, 9, 12
• Barbell Biceps Curl: 20 kg × 13, 13, 11
• Cable Bar Pushdown: 25 kg × 13, 12, 11
Core Finisher:
• Crunches (Leg Raises skipped): 18, 13, 11 reps
Another focused session with controlled reps and good intensity.
