You will need a table to support your body weight.
Begin by standing upright in your neutral position side on to your table.
Take a step in front of you with the leg furthest from your table, lean forward, maintaining your posture, and rest your nearest hand on the tabletop.
Now take a deep breath in and as you breathe out, slowly bend and raise elbow furthest from the table behind you as high as is comfortably possible.
Once achieved, hold the position and breathe normally.
There should be no movement during the exercise and make sure you maintain your posture throughout.
To come out of the exercise, slowly relax your arm back down, then raise your upper body, maintaining your spines neutral position to return to your starting position.
