Описание:
Begin by lying on your back on a comfortable surface in your neutral position with your knees bent and the soles of your feet in contact with the floor.
Rotate at your lower back so the side of one leg is now in contact with the floor with your uppermost leg resting on top.
Both your shoulder blades should still be in contact with the floor with your chest facing directly up.
Cross your arms over your chest with your hands placed on the front of your shoulders.
Now take a deep breath in and as you breathe out, raise your chest up and towards the side of your hip as far as is comfortably possible.
At the top of the movement, breathe in and slowly lower your body back down and then repeat the exercise.
The movement should be smooth and controlled.
Make sure that your upper body does not twist during the movement and your head does not tilt forward or back.
To finish, slowly lower your shoulder blades back to the floor, then rotate at your lower back to return your legs to your starting position and breathe normally.
