Описание:
Begin by lying on your back on a comfortable surface with both arms stretched above your head and your legs straight.
Now take a deep breath in and as you breathe out, raise both your legs keeping them straight and at the same time raise your upper body up towards your legs and attempt to touch your toes with both hands.
During this part of the movement, you should try to remain balanced with only your tail bone in contact with the floor
At the top of the movement, breathe in and lower your upper body and leg back down and then repeat the exercise.
The movement should be smooth and controlled.
Keep your arms straight at all times and try not to tilt your head forward or back during the exercise.
To finish, simply lower your legs and upper body back to the floor to return to your starting position and breathe normally.
