Описание:
Begin by sitting upright on a chair in your neutral position with your weight attached around one ankle.
Straighten your leg in front of you so your heel is in contact with the floor and twist your whole leg so your toes point inwards.
Now take a deep breath in and as you breathe out, raise your leg as high off the ground as is comfortably possible keeping your foot pointing in.
Once achieved, breathe in and slowly lower your heel back in contact with the ground and then repeat the exercise.
The movement should be smooth and controlled.
Keep your leg straight and try to maintain your neutral position throughout the exercise.
To finish, slowly lower your leg to the floor then bend your leg to return to your starting position and breathe normally.
