Resistance Band Bigger Biceps Challenge - Day 5
Day 5 and I am already seeing some growth in my Biceps. Maybe it's just in my head but it certainly looks like there is activity :). The best things in life are gained through consistency and excellence and this Workout Bands workout is part of that consistency.
Day 5 - Todays Biceps session uses something I call "Super Reps". A Super Rep is 3 regular reps followed by a 3 second static hold. Static holds have been shown to increase muscle strength nd size. Remember when we contact the muscle for longer we create more Time Under Tension "TUT". The more TUT, the more the muscle is working, the faster the gains!
For every 30 second cycle you will do as many 3 & 3 reps as you can with good form! For the entire 6 minutes you will alternate between 2 exercises.
