Описание: This 35 minute Intermediate Rebounding HIIT with heavy weights is a great class to experiment pushing yourself to help tone & tighten and challenge your balance.
Working for 45 secs with a 15 secs recovery we alternate between 1 cardio exercise & 1 floor based exercise.
Push yourself when it comes to the weights side of things so that you feel the burn.
