Описание: Full Hatha Yoga Class! This is a basic 60-minute hatha yoga class with both strengthening and stretching poses to get the whole body moving. This practice uses basic seated, standing and lying down poses that are easy to follow along.

You can expect poses like Cat-Cows, Lunges, Chairs, some balancing poses, and twists. Towards the end of the practice, you’ll have an option for a more challenging pose, Wheel pose, but this is very optional.

There’s time to explore each pose and practise on your own edge. This is a potentially strong sequence for the legs but still a beginner-friendly practice.

PROPS: Option to use a block/books/boxes as props or go “no props”.

If you’re not looking for fancy flows, fast transitions or acrobatic poses, then this basic full-length class might be for you 😊
