Описание: Full yoga class, a 1h yoga flow for core, hips, strength and release! I’m really happy to bring you my first full-length yoga class on the channel 😀 This flow yoga class offers a dynamic, hip focused practice – it strengthens the support and releases tension around the hips and in the core. Good core support is required for taking the extra load off the hips.

We’ll start the practice lying down and saying hello to the hips. As we go further, you can expect a strong flow with poses like Warrior 3, Lizard, Gecko, and both balancing and resting Pigeons. This one will go deep into the hips!

Yoga for all levels – this sequence is great for all yogis but I would say that it's best suited for intermediate to advanced levels. You don’t need props unless you normally like using blocks in your practice – I’ll lead you through without any.
