Today workout that's targeting a slimmer waist , sexy abs, and also a rounder butt. The aim is to lose love handles, burn fat around your waist, and lift your booty.
All workout are STANDING , No Jumping , apartment friendly , Home workout , NO Repeat !!!
All you need is a medium set of dumbbells (I'll be using two 2.5 kg weights).
PLS : take dumbbells suitable for your fitness level!!!
