Have you ever thought why ocean, natural landscapes, sunsets, walking in nature, trekking, sounds of birds, looking at greenery around you and everything connected to nature calms us down and lowers the anxiety and stress?
Watch this video to learn the biology behind and what the relationship is between mental wellbeing and nature

Today I want you to create your diary of daily small achievements and write there the 3 ideas I gave you at the end of the video. Use them when you feel you need to do something about your stress, anxiety or despair.
Once you finish the writing of the 3 ideas in your diary, go for a walk and listen to your thoughts. Every time you are not present go back to the present moment and what you see around you.
If you have difficulty walking at the moment I want you to go close to the window and watch the sunset tonight. Switch off your phone and all distractions and enjoy the sunset. Write in the comments below how you felt before and after you watched the sunset?
