In this video video I share with you step by step instructions on executing two different variations of jump squats using a resistance band, medicine ball, and boxes to both sculpt and condition your lower body when it comes to plyometrics and HIIT training. I love incorporating the explosive movements of plyometrics and High intensity interval training into my fitness routine especially jump squats because they help target those fast twitch muscles while conditioning your lower body and increasing your aerobic strength. I try to incorporate them at least 1-2 times per week because it is a great way to condition your legs, tighten your glutes, and give your booty a tight lifted look.
