This is your BodyFit by Amy Prenatal Pyramid with Weights Workout! In this workout we're going to be using either a kettlebell or a set of dumbbells or both if you've got them! We will be getting strength and cardio for any stage of pregnancy. Please make sure that you have been cleared by your doctor for exercise during pregnancy before you do this or any other workout. We're going to get this done using just our bodies and our weights and we're going to have a great time doing it! Are you ready? Let's do it!
