35 min FUSION Dumbbell POWER + Bodyweight CARDIO Workout (NO REPEAT | INTENSE FULL BODY)

In this 35 min FUSION Dumbbell Power + Bodyweight Cardio Workout we will have 2x Block of 18x movements. After each 2x movement with the dumbbells there will be a bodyweight movement. We will be performing each movement for 40 seconds and there will be a 15 seconds rest in between and a 25 seconds rest after each bodyweight movement.
After the first block there will be a 50 seconds water-break.
The dumbbells that I am using are:
2x 10KG
2x 18KG

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.
