Описание: In this 30 min Circuit HIIT workout | Dumbbells, Kettlebell and Bodyweight | Repeat , we will have 4x bundles of 5 exercises for 2 rounds in total. Performing each exercise for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest in between and a 20 second rest after each bundle.

Exercise 1: Dumbbell
Exercise 2: Bodyweight
Exercise 3: Kettlebell
Exercise 4: Bodyweight
Exercise 5 : ABS

Let's Go!

The equipment that I am using are:
Dumbbells 2x18kg (Red color on the screen)
Kettlebell 1x16kg (yellow color on the screen)

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells.
