Описание: In this 35 min COMPACT Full Body Dumbbell Workout | SUPERSET + DYNAMIC SET | No Repeat
, we will start with 6x Supersets: Upper Body Pull, Upper Body Push, and Legs. Each superset consists of performing the first exercise for 45 seconds, followed by a 10-second switch to the second exercise for 40 seconds. After each superset, there will be a 25-second rest. Following the supersets, we will have 6x bundles of 4x exercises, each lasting 40 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between. After each bundle, there will be a 25-second rest period. These exercises are more dynamic and involve combinations compared to the supersets at the beginning of the workout.

These are the dumbbells that I am using:
2x 18KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
2x 10KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
2x 10KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
