If you’re short on time but still trying to get stronger, rebuild your core, and feel GOOD in your body again… this workout is for you.
This is literally the type of workout I do when I’m in my “locked-in girl era,” juggling mom life, work life, and still making myself a priority.
We start slow — deep core work, breathing, reconnecting — and then we get into a quick lower-body strength session that actually feels doable when you’re busy. Postpartum girlies… this is your lane. This is safe, intentional, and still spicy enough to make you feel like “okay, I still got it.”
Here’s what we’re doing today:
• Deep core prep (90/90 breathing, heel slides, banded glute marches)
• Squats — strength focus, 8 reps
• Superset: RDLs (8 reps) + Deficit Split Squats (10 reps)
• Glute Kickbacks (15 reps each side)
• Postpartum-friendly deep core dead bugs
