QUAD-FOCUSED LEG DAY | Form, Strength & Glute Balance 🔥
In today’s workout, I’m taking you through a quad-dominant leg day while still training the glutes through smart, intentional movement. This session starts with a full dynamic warm-up to prep the hips, knees, and ankles, then moves into heavy compounds, unilateral work, and a strong core finisher.
Throughout the workout, I share coaching cues, form tips, and depth guidance to help you get the most out of each exercise—whether your goal is muscle growth, strength, or better movement overall.
This workout is perfect if you want stronger quads, balanced leg development, and safer lifts.

• Dynamic leg warm-up (mobility + activation)• Smith machine leg press• Dumbbell step-ups• Smith machine box squats• Bulgarian split squats (drop sets)• Leg extensions superset with walking lunges• Ab finisher (hanging + captain’s chair)
