This festive 10-minute Fitness Ball Balance Full Body Pilates workout is designed to strengthen and tone your entire body while adding a playful challenge to your holiday movement routine. Whether you're new to Pilates with a fitness ball or joining without equipment, this quick full body Pilates workout will help improve balance, control, and coordination.
Throughout this 10-minute Pilates session, you’ll target your core, fire up your legs and glutes, and activate your upper body. The fitness ball might make things a little wobbly (it definitely did for me!), but that’s exactly what makes this Pilates balance workout so effective for building strength and stability.
You’ll discover new and challenging exercises we haven’t practiced together yet, including fresh movements to improve your core stability, lower body strength, and upper body control. This cosy Christmas flow ends with a beautiful stretch, giving you the perfect blend of strength and release.
The fitness ball is still pretty new to me too, but I absolutely love the playful challenge and extra stability work it adds to mat Pilates, especially during the holiday season. 🎁💛
