In this 15-minute full-body flow, we focus on strengthening your lower back, activating your deep core, and toning your hips, glutes and inner thighs, all with the help of a soft Pilates ball.
No ball? No problem.
Every exercise can be done with or without equipment, so this session is accessible to all levels. The softball simply adds an extra challenge, increases instability, and provides gentle sensory feedback to help improve proprioception and deepen your mind-body connection.
You’ll find a mix of brand-new exercises we haven’t done together before, I’m so excited for you to try them!
Here’s what to expect:

🔥 Lower body challenges to build stability and strength
🍑 Leg lifts to target glutes, hips and inner thighs
💃 A beautiful, dance-inspired flow that has been SO popular in my classes
