smith machine hip thrust: 3-4 sets, 12-15 reps followed by 5-10 pulses
barbell step up ss w/ barbell rdl: 3 sets, 8 reps per leg, 8-10 reps rdl
wide stance leg press ss w/ banded side steps: 4 sets, 12-15 reps, banded steps x30 seconds
lying hamstring curl: 4 sets, 12-15 reps, drop set last set x3
abductors: 4 sets, 20-25 reps
