STEP BY STEP SOURDOUGH DESSERT | EASY SOURDOUGH CHOCOLATE CAKE

Описание: Kēki ga daisuki (LOVE CAKE!) When I travelled to Japan the one sentence I remember from that trip was "love cake" - which in my head sounds more like Keki Tabu tie...I just looked up how to say it on the Google translator and I had to laugh that at least I got the Keki part right! LOL

I love new ideas to use my sourdough in creative ways and this STEP BY STEP SOURDOUGH DESSERT makes a perfectly EASY SOURDOUGH CAKE! This recipe was such a crowd pleaser and is a fantastic way to bring that sourdough to the potluck party or make for that special birthday.
AN EASY SOURDOUGH CHOCOLATE CAKE recipe that you do need to prep the day before you are going to serve it.
Now that we are into the dessert and found MAKING SOURDOUGH CAKE to be so easy I can't wait to find some more SOURDOUGH DESSERT RECIPES to share with you all!

Sourdough Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
1 cup fed sourdough starter
3/4 cup water
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix first 3 ingredients together and let sit overnight loosely covered. In morning mix remaining ingredients with the ones initially to make an even cake mixture. Bake in a 9x13 prepared pan at 350 for 25-40 minutes (until the knife comes out clean).
