Описание: A well-rounded upper body strength session today! One big circuit complete with dual sets. We will hit all the muscles in the upper body from the back to chest, triceps, biceps and shoulders. Building strength in the upper body to improve posture and increase overall strength. The timer is just a guide for you today so take your time getting into position before lifting the weight. Ensure that your core is braced throughout the workout to help support and stabilize your body. Grab weights that are challenging to you and lets get after it!
