Uttitha Trikonasana or Triangle pose
Uttitha Parsvakonasana or Side angle pose
Prasarita Padottanasana or Wide legged forward fold
Parsvottanasana or Intense side stretch
Virabhadrasana II or Warrior II
Virabhadrasana I or Warrior I
Uttkatasana or Chair Pose
Malasana or Garland Pose
From this last pose listed we practice a few seated and supine poses
