A fun and very different Chair Yoga class where we infuse Yoga and conditioning. We target the upper limbs strength and mobility. It will also help to tone the bra line area, arms and upper back for a better appearance and loss of the excess fat.
Grab an small weight x 2. you could also use two tin cans or large oranges or anything you think could work. I used a pair of 1kg weights but less than that its also ok. Any little weight extra will be felt almost immediately. It is better to try this class first with little weight and repeat it again with more weight if you think it was too easy.
