This class is perfect if you’re looking for a safe, supportive way to move — whether you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply want a gentle class that still feels effective. All movements are done seated in a chair, with options offered throughout so you can move at your own pace.
No experience needed. No getting on the floor. Shoes are welcome.
