Описание:
Lay down with your back flat on the floor.
Lift your feet off the ground and wrap your left leg over top and underneath your right leg.
Then wrap your arms together in a similar fashion, crossing one over the other.
Now using your abs you are going to bring your elbows and knees together before lowering back down.
