Описание:
Start in the top of an elbow side plank. Your feet can be staggered or stacked, depending on your level.
Keeping your body in a straight side plank, lower your hip to the ground then use your core to lift back up towards the starting position.
Repeat the movement, coming down towards the ground then shooting your hips up high.
