► INGREDIENTS for Baked Siopao / Meat Buns
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup (240 ml) lukewarm milk
1/2 cup (120 ml) lukewarm water
1/2 cup (120 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp salt
For Asado Filling:
1 medium onion
9 oz (255 g) ground beef / pork / chicken
1/4 cup (60ml) water
1/2 cup (120 ml) soy sauce
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp salt
