for filling
1 cup chicken breast sliced
1 tbsp lard or shortening
2 tbsp onion
1 tbsp garlic
3 tbsp garlic
10pcs anise seeds or ( 1 pc star anise )
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp hoisen sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
a pinch of pepper
3 tbsp sugar
for dough
4 cups all purpose flour
1 3/4 cups warm milk
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp lard or shortening
1 tsp quick rise yeast
