大半年前做過一次我的版本芝麻豬仔包,今次做一個改良版本,同樣地繼續不用豬油,亦用較少牛油,效果好好,非常鬆軟及好味!
材料:
高筋麵粉400g
乾酵母8g
鹽10g
糖8g
蛋2隻
牛奶200g
無鹽牛油20g
煮食油20g
芝麻2湯匙
蛋醬(蛋黄1隻,牛奶2茶匙,糖1茶匙)
I made my version of Sesame Bread Rolls about half a year before, this time I make a enhanced version. Again, no lard; even less butter, the result is very good, the rolls are fluffy and delicious.
Ingredients:
Strong Bread Flour 400g
Dry Yeast 8g
Salt 10g
Sugar 8g
Egg White 2pcs (about 70g)
Milk 200g
Unsalted Butter 20g
Cooking Oil 20g
Sesame 2 tsbp
Egg Wash (egg yolk 1pc, milk 2tsp, sugar 1tsp)
