These are the exact movements I use to stay consistent, stay strong, and feel empowered in my body — especially as a woman over 40.
This workout includes both biceps and triceps-focused moves, with a little core finisher to leave you feeling energized and balanced. You can follow along, take notes, or save it for your next gym session!

Biceps:
• Barbell Curls

• Alternating Hammer Curls
Triceps:
• Tricep Bench Press
