Training day break down-
Skull Bashers
2- Sets Pyramids of 10 reps x 3 weights. Start with a weight that is challenging at 10 reps, dropset for 10 reps, dropset 10 reps. work your way back up tp starting weight for 10 reps each.
Close Grip Tricep Barbell Press ( Smith Machine)
3 - Sets 12-15 Reps
Cable Stretch Curl
3 Sets 12 Reps
Dumbbell Hammer Curl
4 Sets 12 Reps
Incline Dumbbell Press
4 Sets 12 Reps
Standing Barbell Press
4 Sets 8-12 Reps
Lat Raise Machine
100 Reps - Complete as many reps as possible and take 5-10 secs rest and continue. FINISH THE 100 REPS!!!
