I did the following 6 exercises circuit 4 rounds.
1. Straddle Hindu push up 10 reps
2. Double clubbell(7lb) reverse parry cast to parry cast with wrench & front cast 2 reps
3. Bulgarian bag(strong model 17kg) body twist & side arm curl / shoulder press / pull over complex 6 reps
4. Kali stick striking drills
round 1 : double sticks basics
round 2 : single stick combos
round 3 : modified sinawali / top thruster / twirling redonda / modified umbrella / reverse sinawali / reverse twirling redonda / reverse umbrella / triangle / square / xbox / asterisk
round 4 : double sticks combos
5. Kettlebell OH press with standing combat base
L(36kg) : 1 rep
R(24kg) : 3 reps
6. Bulgarian bag(strong model 17kg) spin & half spin with lunge / side lunge / squat 18 reps
