2. Double clubbell(7lb) reverse parry cast to parry cast with wrench & front cast 2 reps
3. Bulgarian bag(strong model 17kg) Russian twist 12 reps
4. Kali stick striking drills
round 1 : double sticks basics
round 2 : single stick combos
round 3 : single stick combos
round 4 : modified sinawali / top thruster / twirling redonda / modified umbrella / reverse sinawali / reverse twirling redonda / reverse umbrella / triangle / square / xbox / asterisk
round 5 : double sticks combos
5. Bulgarian bag(strong model 17kg) thruster 30 reps
