I did the following 5 exercises circuit 5 rounds.
1. Frog pose reverse grip push up on the Bulgarian bag with flex disc 20 reps
2. Bulgarian bag(strong model 17kg) arm curl & shoulder press complex 10 reps
3. Double clubbell(15lb) front cast with alt lunge & squat 6 reps
4. Kali stick striking drills
round 1 : double sticks basics
round 2 : single stick combos
round 3 : single stick combos
round 4 : modified sinawali / top thruster / twirling redonda / modified umbrella / reverse sinawali / reverse twirling redonda / reverse umbrella / triangle / square / xbox / asterisk
round 5 : double sticks combos
5. Bulgarian bag(strong model 17kg) spin 20/20
