This gentle yoga stretch routine is a deep release for the upper body. It relieves tension in the neck, shoulders, upper back, and chest area. All poses are done seated, supine, and on all fours (no standing). Breathe comfortably as you go through the movements and stretches. Make sure there is no sharp pain in the joints. After the 10-minute practice, it is your choice if you would like to rest in Savasana ( I highly recommend that you do!). You will hear nature sounds playing softly in the background.
