So alienation doesn’t just happen in private anymore. It gets justified publicly — packaged in therapy-speak, boosted by algorithms, and reinforced by online strangers who have zero context but endless confidence.

In this video, I’m going to break down what I see happening right now: why alienation is exploding, why so many kids are vulnerable to these dynamics, and how “validation-only” support can accidentally turn a temporary rupture into a permanent identity: “I’m the wounded one, and you’re the villain.” We’re going to talk about the perfect storm: instant gratification, low distress tolerance, the dopamine economy, and the way “boundaries” are being confused with punishment.

And I need to say this clearly before we go further: if you’re an alienated parent and your mind has gone to dark places… you’re not weak. This kind of prolonged, unresolved grief can break the strongest people because it’s a loss with no closure and no social recognition. Your child is alive — but emotionally unreachable. Some days they’re not just gone… they’re against you. That does something to the nervous system that most people will never understand.
