The WFPB diet, or "whole foods plant based diet" as it's properly called, is the healthiest diet I've ever tried, and trust me, I've eaten MANY diets over the years. However, a lot of people are turned off by the fact that I eat a whole foods plant based diet. I've actually lost subscribers because of this (many times) and they've vocalized it in the comments before leaving my channel.
Since I have over 150,000 new subscribers in 2020 (whoa!), I decided I wanted to make this video to share my Top 10 plant based diet facts that are sure to make anyone think twice about bashing this way of eating.

And did you know that the plant based diet can reverse diabetes? Yep. It's a FACT. Literally thousands of people have done it and there is a scientifically sound explanation for how it happens (the removal of intramyocellular fat fixes insulin resistance). The plant based diet is the ONLY diet that's been proven to do this and that is actually being recommended as a diabetes treatment by medical professionals.
