There are 3 circuits to complete 2 x through 35 secs work/15 secs rest
I used a set of 4kg/9 lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

1️⃣Curtsy Lunge & Curl
2️⃣Row to Straight Pull Back

4️⃣Bicycle Crunch
5️⃣No Jump Pushup Burpee

2️⃣Bird Dog (R to L)
