In this mobility yoga flow, the ankle exercises we do are organized in a yoga flow so that they are less boring way than your regular mobility exercises.
We need strong ankles for better balance in everyday life and we need better balance so that we walk, jump, run, play sports or simply carry the weight of life without tripping and falling.
Ankle injury is one of the most common injuries. Injury prevention is definetely the smartest thing we can do. The second smartest thing is responsible injury recovery with mobility & load exercises.
Please note that this video should not replace proper physiotherapy and you need to consult with a professional if you experience pain.
