No treadmill or any other cardio equipment, no problem. Join me for this indoor conditioning workout. This workout does not require much room but it does require a kettlebell or a single dumbbell.
Just follow along with me for this workout. Conditioning is a crucial part of your and mine health and fitness. Conditioning workouts like these should never be skipped and they have to be a part of your weekly routine.
This workout is about 26 minutes long and I try to get through it as fast as I can. Hence, the conditioning park.
Anyway, grab that dumbbell or kettlebell and come along with me.
