Live Zoom class replay. Class held at 8:00am Central
This workout combines the core building benefits of unilateral strength exercises using dumbbells, with low impact cardio. Each circuit has three exercises, for 45s work/15s rest for 2 rounds. Warm up and cooldown included. Standing options offered.
Format:
4 circuits
3 exercises/circuit

Lunge / Diagonal Chop R/L
Squat / Rotating Press R/L
S Leg RDL Hold / Rows
Circuit #2 -
Shuffle / Med Ball Wall Press
Jack / Press Up & Out
Skater / Curtsy
Circuit #3 -
½ Kneeling KB Swing R/L
Prone DB Glute Lift R/L
Prone Snow Angels
Circuit #4 -
3 Crunches / 3 DB Side Switches
Pullover / Leg Lower
Alt Iso Skullcrushers
